Absolutely! Once we have the first month under our belts and I have an understanding of your brand and systems, we will get a baseline established of what you should be able to expect each month.
For example, with a five hour retainer I could likely do 4 email newsletters and 8-12 social posts per month.
With a ten hour retainer, I could do all of the above and then add on website updates, video editing or bookkeeping.
This will partially depend on how long the newsletter is, and how much graphic design is involved, how long video is, etc. but hopefully this gives you a basic idea. Again, once we get established you’ll have a clear idea of what we can get done each month. -
Retainer hours do not roll over, but I’m confident we can find a way to use all of your hours each month!

All retainers are on a month-to-month basis so you can cancel at anytime. I just ask for 7 days notice prior to the 1st of the month.

Payment for retainers is due on the 1st of each month for the work that will be completed that month. For example, June services would be paid for on June 1. I will send you your invoice one week prior to the billing due date, or you can set up an autopay if you prefer.

Yes! I can work with you to set up a custom package that meets your needs. For example, if you have a one time project like a website refresh or getting your email automations set up we can come up with a package for that. Just fill out the contact form and we can discuss options.
